 Let me Quilt it for you

I use a Gammill Longarm quilting machine with a stitch regulator This helps me to quilt your quilt top up to 10ft wide as the machine takes the strain of all that weight and bulk that makes it so difficult to finish your quilt on a domestic sewing machine. The stitch regulator helps to keep the stitches the same length. I use a computer guided system which means I can offer many more designs for you to choose from.

Quilting options

When you bring your top to me we will look at what design you would like and what will suit the quilt. The main options are edge to edge, allover designs or custom quiting.
Edge to edge designs mean that the top is quilted from side to side over the whole of the quilt. Different sizes and complexity of pattern are available to choose from. The price will depend on the size of the top and the complexity of the design chosen.

Custom quilting means that individual blocks can be quilted seperately as can borders and sashings.

Combination of the two - an edge to edge design can be used in the body of the top and a seperate design used for the borders.

All custom work will need careful planning and discussion before a price can be agreed

Quilting thread is included in the price and the choice of colour will be discussed with you. Your quilt will be stored and quilted in a dry, smoke and pet free environment.
