The smaller version of the Strip tube ruler. This makes quick work of cutting accurate triangles from jelly roll strips. Stitch strips into a tube then using this ruler cut triangles to the size you choose. The ruler also saves waste of fabric. Larger strips can also be used to create larger blocks

I have used these pliers for turning large cotter pins 1-1/2" & 1-3/4".
They are heavy and large to use with small cotter pins although it is possible to use them for the smaller joints it is more difficult to get a tight turn. I would recommend the smaller pliers for the smaller joints.
